Credit cards.

A credit card is required to book any appointment. Your credit card is used to reserve your appointment time and will be stored on file for our cancellation policy purposes.


Cancellation policy.

We require a 48-hour notice for all cancellations or rescheduling. If you cancel or reschedule within 24-48 hours of your appointment, you will be charged 50% of the service price, 0-24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged 75% of your service price, and and no shows/no calls will be charged 100% of the service price. Please allow a minimum of 72 hours to cancel or reschedule online. As a reminder, we book our time months in advance and need ample time to fill your spot. We appreciate your understanding.


If your credit card on file doesn’t work once charged or is expired and cannot be charged, you will be notified and will need to pay for the missed appointment before returning to the salon.


Running late.

Timing is everything in a busy salon! Even 5 minutes can throw off a carefully planned day. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, we might have to reschedule your appointment.


Hair color appointments - new clients.

All new clients will receive a purifying hair treatment. This removes all buildup from water, chlorine, medication, products, silicones and more. This is a necessary step that is required for every new color client.


*When you book your first hair color appointment, you will receive an email consultation form to fill out so we can ensure sure enough time is booked. 


Hair color appointments - returning clients.

Please come with clean hair that has been clarified or cleansed with a product recommended by one of your stylists at Bow & Arrow. If you do not come in with clean hair, we might have to add a pre-color treatment to your services for the day.


Plan ahead.

Color appointments can last 3 hours, so please plan accordingly and do not have anything booked right after the appointment in case more time is needed. If there is a time restriction that comes up, please adjust the appointment within 48 hours, per our cancellation policy. The time you are booked for is the minimum time we will need.


Re-dos.

We discuss expectations with each client before their first color appointment. Since many color goals take multiple appointments, we make sure clients understand the in-between color that could be possible. 


If you are not working on a color or style goal, and your hair color or cut did not come out according to plan, we want to make it right! If you want us to re-do or fix an issue, we do need to know within 72 hours following your appointment. 



In salon.

We are a small space with a relaxed and comfortable vibe. If you need to make a phone call while you’re here, we ask that you please use the hallway to do so. 


Things to know.

We are a small boutique salon. We unfortunately don't have the space accommodate others to wait with you during your appointment. We are sorry for the inconvenience.


Children.

We love children, but we cannot accommodate them unless they are receiving a service. We are a color-focused salon, which means there are chemicals being used everywhere. For safety reasons, as well as to ensure a relaxing environment for all clients, please make childcare arrangements prior to your appointment.

We are open by appointment Tuesday-Sunday. Closed Monday. 


Cancellation list.

Please email us at bowandarrowcollective@gmail.com to be placed on our active cancellation list. Include name, number, dates and times that work for you, and when your appointment is currently scheduled. If something opens up sooner, we will reach out to see if you’d like to rebook your appointment.


Payment.

Services and products can be paid for with cash or credit cards. We do not accept gratuities on credit cards, so please plan accordingly.
